Outpatient Treatment and Sober Living Services

Our Outpatient Program, paired with our Supportive Sober Living Program, offers a dynamic and integrated recovery pathway for individuals seeking freedom from substance use disorders. We understand that each person’s journey to recovery is unique, which is why our services are designed with flexibility, personalization, and evidence-based excellence at their core.

Comprehensive Therapeutic Services

At the heart of our approach is a suite of evidence-based therapeutic models proven effective in treating addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Identifies and restructures harmful thought patterns that fuel addictive behavior.
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) – Emphasizes emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and mindfulness.
  • Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) – Addresses irrational beliefs and promotes a healthy, rational mindset for long-term recovery.

These therapies are delivered in both individual and group settings, fostering insight, community, and coping skill development.

Targeting the Opiate Epidemic

Our programs are equipped to treat opiate addiction with cutting-edge approaches, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when appropriate. We also provide support for alcohol and other substance dependencies.

Flexible and Accessible Care

We offer day and evening outpatient sessions, allowing clients to manage school, work, and family responsibilities. For those needing a supportive living environment, our Sober Living Program offers structured, drug-free housing with peer support and access to outpatient care.

Whether living at home or in our sober community, treatment is tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle.

Holistic and Individualized Approach

Our program includes holistic practices to support whole-person recovery, such as:

  • Mindfulness meditation and relaxation exercises
  • Life skills training (e.g., financial literacy, job readiness)
  • Nutritional counseling and wellness planning

Clients collaborate with a treatment coordinator to build a custom recovery plan and prepare for aftercare, alumni support, and community-based programs.

Support Every Step of the Way

Our multidisciplinary team—composed of licensed therapists, counselors, recovery coaches, and case managers—is committed to guiding you through every stage of recovery. From intake to aftercare, we offer the structure, compassion, and resources needed to help you reclaim your life.

  • Evidence-Based Therapies: Includes Family-Based Therapy (FBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Contingency Management.
  • Academic & Life-Skills Support: School coordination, tutoring referrals, and executive-function coaching to support academic success and reduce treatment drop-out.
  • Peer & Recreational Groups: Sober social activities, art and music therapy, and peer recovery groups to build healthy friendships and coping strategies.
  • Family Workshops & Coaching: Weekly education sessions, boundary-setting tools, and a 24/7 parent helpline for caregiver engagement.
  • After-Care & Relapse Prevention: Six-month step-down plan, digital check-ins, and alumni activities for sustained support.

Treatment Philosophy

  • Whole-person, trauma-informed care addressing trauma, mental health, and substance use concurrently.
  • Developmentally appropriate techniques tailored to early, middle, and late adolescence.
  • Partnerships with families and schools to create a collaborative support network.
  • Commitment to cultural humility and inclusiveness for youth from all backgrounds.
